Pljeskavice od tikvica / Zucchini burgers
SASTOJCI:

Tikvice 2 komada srednje veličine

Jaja 2 komada

Ulje 3-4 kašike

Čia semenke 1šaka

Laneni protein u prahu 2 kašike

Suncokretov protein u prahu 2 kašike

Mirodjija (suva ili sveža) 1 kašika

PRIPREMA:

Tikvice izrendati.

Umutiti jaja i ulje pa dodati sve ostale suve sastojke.

Tikvice i smesu sjediniti.

Rukama praviti pljeskavice.

Slagati u tepsiju obloženu papirom.

Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220°C oko 20 minuta.

 

INGREDIENTS:

Zucchini 2 medium

Eggs 2

Oil 3-4 spoons

Chia seeds 1 hand

Flaxseed protein powder 2 spoons

Sunflower protein powder 2 spoons

Fennel (dry or fresh) 1 spoon

STEPS:

Grate zucchini.

Mix eggs and oil, then put all dry ingredients.

Mix grated zucchini and mixture.

Whit hands make burgers.

Put in baking pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 220°C around 20 minutes.
