SASTOJCI – INGREDIENTS:
Integralno pšenično brašno – whole-wheat flour 1kg
So – salt
Susam – sesame 1 šaka/hand
Čia semenke –chia seeds 1šaka/hand
Ulje – oil 1 čaša/glass (2dcl)
Kisela voda – sparkly water 3 čaše/glasses
PRIPREMA – STEPS:
- Pomešati suve sastojke.
Mix all solid ingredients. - Potom dodati tečne sastojke.
Add all liquid ingredients. - Sve dobro umesiti.
Mix all well. - Ukoliko je gnjecavo te se ne može rastanjiti, dodati još malo brašna, suncokretov ili laneni protein.
If it is too soft, add some flour, sunflower or flaxseed protein. - Testo rastanjiti na debljinu od 5mm, seći na trake i uvijati.
Stretch the dough to 5mm, cut to strings and twine sticks. - Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220°C, 15-20 minuta (u zavisnosti od rerne i debljine štapića.
Bake in the preheated oven to 220° C, 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven and a thickness of sticks).
