Umutiti (izgnje\u010diti) urme.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dumanca dobro umutiti sa urmama. Posebno umutiti belanca u sneg.<\/p>\n<p>Belanca i \u017eumanca sjediniti. U ovu smesu postepeno dodavati roga\u010d u prahu i pra\u0161ak za pecivo.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je sve dobro ume\u0161ano, sipati u \u010detvrtastu podmazanu tepsiju, pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrejanoj pe\u0107nici na 180\u00b0C oko 20 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>U medjuvremenu umutiti krem od\u00a0roga\u010da sa slatkom pavlakom, te ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je pati\u0161panja ispe\u010dena, staviti je u mokru krpu i zajedno sa njom uviti u rolat.
