{"id":498,"date":"2017-10-18T13:16:29","date_gmt":"2017-10-18T11:16:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zdravljenadan.com\/?p=498"},"modified":"2017-10-18T13:16:29","modified_gmt":"2017-10-18T11:16:29","slug":"jos-jedna-pita-od-jabuka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zdravljenadan.com\/en\/jos-jedna-pita-od-jabuka\/","title":{"rendered":"Jo\u0161 jedna pita od jabuka"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mo\u017eda jabuka i nije moje omiljeno vo\u0107e (mrtva trka sa vi\u0161njom), ali sigurno jeste svakodnevno na na\u0161oj trpezi.<\/p>\n<p>To je jedino vo\u0107e koje \u201cmora\u201d da se kupi, a sve ostalo i ne mora.<\/p>\n<p>Za mene je jabuka hrana, slatki\u0161 i lek.<\/p>\n<p>Kada imam problema sa stomakom, a jabuka mi ne pomogne, onda znam da moram ne\u0161to u ishrani \u201cdebelo\u201d da promenim.<\/p>\n<p>Pre neki dan moja \u0107erka je tra\u017eila da joj pravim pitu od jabuka, a ja sam to napravila ovako.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SASTOJCI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Testo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bra\u0161no 300 g<\/li>\n<li>Hladan puter 225 g<\/li>\n<li>Hladna voda 100 ml<\/li>\n<li>\u0160e\u0107er 1 ka\u0161ika<\/li>\n<li>So 1 ka\u0161ikica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fil:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jabuke 6 komada<\/li>\n<li>Suvo gro\u017edje 250g<\/li>\n<li>Cimet 2 ka\u0161ikice<\/li>\n<li>Slatka pavlaka 250 ml<\/li>\n<li>P\u0161eni\u010dne klice 2 ka\u0161ike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PRIPREMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>U bra\u0161no utrljati hladan puter.<\/p>\n<p>Dodati mu ostale sastojke pa sve brzo umesiti.<\/p>\n<p>Ne sme dugo da se mesi jer \u0107e postati lepljivo.<\/p>\n<p>Podeliti na dva dela, prekriti plasti\u010dnom folijom te ostaviti u fri\u017eideru barem jedan sat.<\/p>\n<p>Suvo gro\u017edje potopiti u slatku pavlaku i cimet.<\/p>\n<p>Jabuke oprati, olju\u0161titi i iseckati na male delove.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim sve zajedno izme\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Rernu zagrejati na 205\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Testo za donji deo pite razvu\u0107i na veli\u010dinu suda u kom se pe\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Po potrebi posuti malo bra\u0161nom.<\/p>\n<p>Na testo sipati fil, ravnomerno ga rasporediti te positi sa p\u0161eni\u010dnim klicama.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim gornji deo testa razviti da se poklopi pita.<\/p>\n<p>Izbockati vilju\u0161kom da mo\u017ee da di\u0161e tokom pe\u010denja.<\/p>\n<p>Pitu pe\u0107i 20 minuta na 205\u00b0C, a zatim smanjiti na 175\u00b0C te pe\u0107i jo\u0161 40 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Ako gornja kora po\u010dne da gori, pokriti je aluminijumskom folijom.<\/p>\n<p>Kada se pita ispe\u010de, ostaviti je da se malo prohladi te je onda se\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eivajte, skoro bez \u0161e\u0107era!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mo\u017eda jabuka i nije moje omiljeno vo\u0107e (mrtva trka sa vi\u0161njom), ali sigurno jeste svakodnevno na na\u0161oj trpezi.
