<p>Lan 2 supene kašike</p>
<p>Suvo groždje 100g</p>
<p><strong>Premaz</strong>: kisela voda + suncokretovo ulje</p>
<p><strong>PRIPREMA</strong></p>
<p>Svaki list kore treba iseći na 4 dela.</p>
<p>Mak i lan samleti.</p>
<p>Urme očistiti od kore i koštice.</p>
<p>Očišćenim urmama dodati kiselu vodu te dobro izmiksati (ja sam štapnim mikserom).</p>
<p>Ovoj smesi dodati samleveni mak i lan, dobro umešati, zatim ubaciti i suvo groždje pa još jedno sve dobro izmešati.</p>
<p>Svaki list kore premazati kiselom vodom i uljem. Taj list okrenuti prema sebi da izgleda kao romb. U donju polovinu staviti kašiku smese, uviti na sledeći način – Ćošak koji je bliži nama saviti prema sredini, zatim levi i desni ćošak takodje saviti prema sredini pa sa donje strane umotati u rolnicu.</p>
<p>Rolnice premazati pa peći na 200-220°C dok ne porumeni.</p>

<p>Prvo sjediniti tečne sastojke pa potom dodavati suve.</p>
<p>Sve dobro promešati.</p>
<p>Sipati u kalupe za projice i peći na 200°C oko 20 minuta.</p>

<p>First mix all wet ingredients, than add one by one solid ingredients.</p>
<p>All mixed well.</p>
<p>Put in the muffin mold, bake at 200°C around 20 minutes.</p>

<li>Pomešati suve sastojke.<br />
<em>Mix all solid ingredients</em>.</li>
<li>Potom dodati tečne sastojke.<br />
<em>Add all liquid ingredients.</em></li>
<li>Sve dobro umesiti.<br />
<em>Mix all well.</em></li>
<li>Ukoliko je gnjecavo te se ne može rastanjiti, dodati još malo brašna, suncokretov ili laneni protein.<br />
<em>If it is too soft, add some flour, sunflower or flaxseed protein</em>.</li>
<li>Testo rastanjiti na debljinu od 5mm, seći na trake i uvijati.<br />
<em>Stretch the dough to 5mm, cut to strings and twine sticks.</em></li>
<li>Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220°C, 15-20 minuta (u zavisnosti od rerne i debljine štapića.<br />
<em>Bake in the preheated oven to 220° C, 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven and a thickness of sticks).</em></li>
